The correct choice in the face of the opportunities and challenges brought by economic globalization is to adhere to the principles of breaking down barriers without building them, opening up without isolation, and integrating without decoupling. We must resolutely uphold the multilateral trading system and guide the direction of economic globalization On September 10th, Ren Hongbin, President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, stated at the 2024 World Trade Organization Public Forum's special seminar on "Building a Greener and Resilient Supply Chain". This is the world's first national level exhibition with the theme of supply chain. The holding of the Chain Expo conforms to the expectations of all parties for maintaining the global industrial and supply chains, and has received widespread response from international organizations. Five international organizations, including the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the International Trade Center, and the International Chamber of Commerce, have become supporting units for the first Chain Expo.
